Teague posted a photo of his new tattoo on twitter yesterday:
There’s a lot of biographical info in the sleeve—his home state of Indiana (Teague was born in Indianapolis); a basketball; his draft position (Teague was selected 19th by the Atlanta Hawks in 2009); and the text “Est. 1988” (Teague was born in 1988). I’m not familiar enough with his life to know what the “20” refers to (Teague wears jersey # 0, both in college and in the pros) or if the horseshoe signifies anything beyond good luck.
